headaches after lifting weights

Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone else sometimes gets a headache after a hard weight lifting workout. Not sure why but I commonly get them! Especially if I've done plyometrics. If you do, any tips on how to avoid them?
Thanks!

I get them. Think it is blood pressure along with lactic acid.0

Haha, I had this problem. Had to go see a doctor because of it.
Try holding your breath and if it gets worse, then it might be you are not breathing correctly when you workout. Very common mistake reguardless.
Just make sure breath in when doing a rep and breath out when returning.0 -
I agree with gameover. Lifting weights can send your blood pressure soaring. Make sure you're breathing correctly and not holding your breath when you're lifting.0
