Hey guys, I had not realized how much harder level two is compared to level one. What were your experiences? How do you keep yourself motivated. I also noticed that the moves are awkward and I think it may be hard for me to twist opposite sides of my body at the same time. Any tips/comments?:noway:

I started the 30 day shred Jan 1st. I was doing it every morning until I was hurt and had to stop for 3 weeks. I have started it again, and just started level 3 this morning. Level 2 is hard...it has alot of plank stuff in it.

I have completed 30 DS already, but went back and did level 2 today. I forgot how hard it is! It kicked my butt! As far as twisting both sides of the body, just take it slower than what they do, and count every other twist. This helps settle me down, counting instead of wondering when it will quit. I know it is less than 30 twists! Keep up the hard work, your body is being challenged and challenge is what brings change! Good luck to you! You will conquer level 2 soon!

I actually think level 3 is easier than level 2. It's still plenty hard, don't get me wrong! But 2 was freakin' ridiculous! I was at it almost a week before I could stop modifying half the moves. I stayed on 2 longer than 10 days because it was working me so hard, I wanted to try and master it better before moving on. Keep at it. If you start to get bored doing the same routine everyday (like me) , mix in some other things either to couple with it (since it's only 20 mins), or take a day off from the Shred and do something else entirely.

    Trite but true:

It gets easier--just keep at it and take it slow when you need to.
