Honey Mustard Seasoning Sauce

1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp water
2tsp dijon mustard(I used hot dijon mustard because it adds a little more spice)
1tsp honey
1/2tsp dried oregano
1/4tsp black pepper


Beef Kabob Ingredients

1lb sirloin tips (we used rib eye steak because that's what we had)
red, yellow, and orange sweet peppers cut into strips
12 Large button mushrooms
Sweet onion cut into strips
Cherry tomatoes(we did not have any at the time)

1.) Preheat and the oil the grill. Cover 8 12inch wooden skewers with water & let soak for at 30 mins.

2.) In a bowl whisk together all of the Honey Mustard Seasoning Sauce ingredients. Add the steak, peppers, mushrooms, onion and tomatoes to the sauce mixture tossing making sure to coat everything nicely. Thread on skewers being sure to alternate meat & veggies along the length of the skewer.

3.) Grill over direct medium-high heat, turning frequently, about 7 mins for medium-rare, 8-9 mins for medium,or cook to desired doneness. Let rest 3 mins before serving.

It's about 265 calories for one kabob.
