not much of a poster here, but am so very proud of myself. I went out for a business lunch with colleagues. After spending awhile looking at the menu looking at all my old favourites, pizza, fish and chips, burgers and even slightly justifying the decision to perhaps have them... I will only eat half, I wont have much for dinner etc, I decided to stick with what I have been doing, don't blow it all in one meal and have grilled fish! I have NEVER done that before, in all the different diets I have always treated a meal out as a night off. I can tell now I am making lifestyle changes - and it is great!

that is awesome! I often have to eat out with clients. I will go on the resturant's website and decide what I am going to eat before I even leave the office. I have also been know to write it down so I can't tell myself that "I forgot what I was going to order." Its also funny in that majority of my clients know that I am eating healthier, so they do too.

Good for you!! That's when you know when you have a lifestyle change. Inches and pounds are great but when you start rejecting the foods you once loved, that's when everything else comes together and stays that way.

    Keep up the good work!

    Me too!

Went out for dinner with a friend/coworker. Cut sandwich in half and was plenty full. I also had ice cream cake a lunch but did not go back for seconds or beat my self up for eating the ice cream cake.

To top it off I came home and worked out because I WANTED to not because I was guilty for what I ate during the day.

Yeah for this being a life style change and not a diet.
