D'Angelos chicken caesar wrap

I had about 1200 calories left at dinnertime tonight, so I thought Id go out for a chicken caesar wrap. I figured it to be about 400 to 500 calories.
Holy Moly, over 800!! 47 grams of fat... 2234 mg of sodium. I, literally, would have been better off eating a big mac at 540 calories and 30-something grams of fat.
Of course my "supportive" boyfriend looks at me and says "Well, you should have looked it up before you ate it now, huh?"
Grr..... Its so frustrating at times like these...Oh well, lesson learned...

 Your boyfriend sounds an awful lot like my husband!
I've learned though to log everything I can LONG before I eat it these days, whenever possible.0 -
My hubby is bad too. I went and bought some corn tortillas thinking they would be great to make my own wraps at home. I come home from work one night to find him frying 1/3 of the tortillas I bought in the fry daddy. He's all proud of himself because he's actually in the kitchen, then when he tries to get me to eat some of these deep fried tortilla chips and I say "no thanks", he gets mad! :grumble:0

Wow... In a wrap that's alot.
Not to sound like your BF but that's why I look up anything before I walk out the house. I don't want to be surprised AFTER I ate it. Those surprises stink! lol
Tomorrow's a brand spankin new day! :flowerforyou:0 -

I did the same thing, kinda. I asked my DH to get me some green tea. I meant 'bags' so I could brew my own. Ooops... he got the gallon jug at 80 cals per 10 oz. I told my sons "Looks like you guys can drink it.':indifferent:
Otherwise it'll get dumped down the drain.:ohwell:
I didn't have the to tell him!! :frown:0
