lol not much you can do. I would just not worry about it and start fresh tomorrow.0

If it had been a binge, I would do quick add calories to the next couple of days, breaking it up so that it's less daunting to eat a bit less each day.
However, as you said, you were starving! Your body probably needed the food. Even fitness models have a carb loading day where they eat a lot extra--don't fret this time and just move on normally.0 -
don't worry, i just ate a handful of injera too at like 1 am. it happens! just eat extra healthy tomorrow and drink lots of water.0

Sorry for making assumptions, but... I've noticed that whenever other MFP members eat over because they are starving, they REALLY are starving. And, by starving, I mean eating too little. 800 seems to be a popular number. *Rolls eyes* Just wanted to make sure you knew that 1200 calories is the recommended minimum. No, It's not right for everybody, but it works for most. Either way, it's okay to be over once and a while. If you don't want to workout tonight, you can always workout tomorrow.0

If it was under 300, pretend it didn't happen and move on.
If it was 301-500, take about 200 off of April 17th's plan.
If it was over that, just bust *kitten* at thee gym tomorrow and pretend it never happened.
That is what i'd do.lol0 -

Just remember that when you turn on the computer in the morning you get a fresh set of calories! A new day for a fresh start!0
