Hello Everyone,
One of my Girlfriends knows that I am trying to loose weight so brought me some of this tea she uses (inconjuction with healthy food intake and exercise) called Regular Strength Dieters Nutri-Slim Tea.
According to the ingredients it is Malva Verticellata (chinese high mallow) an all natura oriental herb product) She takes two cups a day (one with breaky and one at morning tea or lunch)
She did warn me that it did give her tummy spasms/cramps for about 10 minutes followed by the urge to go to the toilet and soft to loose stool for the first day or 2.
I was wondering if anyone knows any more about this 'herb' and if I should or shouldnt take it. I have done some googling on it but would like some feed back from people that HAVE tried it
Thanks

Usually if something give you cramps, it means your body doesn't like it. (Most of the time)
From what WebMD says it's a laxative. Not a real weight loss solution.
