Zumba in Chicago?

hi everyone!
I was just wondering if anyone knows of any zumba classes anytime on Monday 18th April or in the morning 19th April in Chicago city? If not any other classes as I'm rubbish at working out on my own lol thanks

I live in Maine, so I can't help you with the Chicago area, buutttt... do you have a gym buddy? If not, grab a friend if you can? That can really help some people stay motivated when in the gym. Buy a cheap beginners yoga dvd- that stuff doesn't seem like it would help a lot, but some of the most simple of poses burn a little. Good stretching, and if you do it for longer than half an hour, the calories burnt are pretty good for "stretching".

Thanks Ashley I've got a yoga app on my iPad so I might have a little go at that later, I'm just visiting Chicago for work so I've packed my gym gear and think I may of found a zumba class up the road tonight fingers crossed!
