Upset + PMS and Night Time Cravings...Need Motivation...

Lately, I haven't been feeling too great physically and have had quite a few stomach issues and I've been quite a bit under my 1200 cals on and off for a week or so now. Yesterday (04-16) I wasn't that hungry at all and just moody and my stomach hurt and blah...but I managed to get in a tiny bit over 1000 cals. Now all of a sudden since like 1 am I'm starting to get all kinda PMS cravings and wanna eat everythinggg...and this sucksss....and I already "binged" a bit with a small peice of bagel some cream cheese, a 90 calorie Special K bar and a reduced sodium 60 cal string cheese....the darn bit of bagel n giant amount of cream cheese (2 tbsp) I put on it is what killed me...so I just ate over 300 cals and I feel disgusted! :embarassed: :mad: :angry: :explode:

What's killing me more is my parent's ordered a takeout pizza last night for dinner and pizza is just a killer weakness for me.....I ddn't touch it last night and I think I can avoid it tonight, but I'm freaking out about tomorrow because I know it's gonna be the first thing that I wanna grab....

I just want to cry :cry: , I hate being so emotional around TOM and all the damn cravings....I've already lost 10 lbs since like the 2nd week of March 2011 and prob another 10 or so here and there before joing MFP....I REALLY do not want to screw this up, it is not worth it one bit....It is just stupid rediculous food! So why do I, and many others I'm sure, let it take control our lives???

Yes it friggin sucks that I basically make no money right now from not being able to work, and can't afford my own food, and I'm stuck living with my parent's who refuse to change their ways and still eat whatever the heck they want...fast food, pizza, bagels, all kinds of overproccessed foods.

The quick and easy food or the yummy and fattening and horrible for you food is the only stuff they like.

My mom tries her best to get me a *few* things here and there when she goes food shopping, veggies, lettuce, packaged salads, tuna, fruits, greek yogurt, oatmeal, chicken, soups, etc.....but she absolutely hates it and insists it costs way too much money, and will only buy still when it's on sale....And she constantly flips out at me and is upset about me joining MFP and thinks it's *bad* for me....

I KNOW you cannot change other people, but it still frustrates me. :grumble:

Anyway, I'm a bit tired and out of it now, so I hope that at least some of what I wrote made sense. Sorry for rambling on. But THANK YOU ALL for letting me vent and especially thank you if you have any comments, tips, advice, or, well, just anything!!! :smile:

    I read somewhere that for PMS one of the best cures is something high carb.
    Everyone craves chocolate and bread and ends up overeating on those things, but if you just had something like a potato, youd get that carb hit your body is craving, but without sending you overboard on cals. Might be worth a try.


    Anyway, i can totally relate to the out of control feeling, and i know its all very easy for someone to give advice from the other side of a computer, but i think you should be gentle on yourself, especially if youre not feeling well.
    maybe take a day off, have a few treats and start again tommorow?

    i was lucky when i joined the site and my parents realized i was seeing results they changed their ways too..im going threw the tom craving and late night hunger too i just try to avoid the kitchen and when i really want something eat the smallest portion i can to get rid of the craving sometimes it takes more than just one time of eating it though
