I did this for dinner tonight out of leftovers. i was trying to use up what was left from the night before. It was very tasty and I thought I'd share the recipe with all of you:

Take 1 8-inch flour tortilla and spread about 1 tablespoon of regular Kraft ranch dressing all over the tortilla (use the regular dressing for fewer carbs and sugars).
Then, lay a long piece of romaine lettuce in the middle of the tortilla (I used Earthbound Farms brand)
Shred about 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese over the lettuce (I used Tillamook natural cheddar cheese)
Take 1 pre-cooked fish filet (I used Gortons breaded fish filets) and cut it into thirds. Lay them on the lettuce.
Place another long piece of lettuce over the fish and shred another 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese on top.
Roll the tortilla up and ENJOY!

This will make 2 servings if you cut the 8 inch wrap in half, like I did.
