Hi, I have now experimented with three differnet recipes for chick pea burgers. I had one eating out once, and loved it. My problem is I cannot get the burgers to bind...they always fall into pieces. I have tried eggs, but I must not have the amounts correct. I am not a great cook, so need some advice. Does anyone have a good chick pea burger receipe to share that produces burgers that maintain themselves as burgers?

Try 2 tablespoons or so of liquid egg white as a binder. I love chic peas nutritious and cheap. I add a little roasted red pepper to the mix for added flavor. The great thing about recipes , is making them your own.0

Thank you, I'll give it a try. And thanks for the idea of roasted peppers! I put that in my hummus receipe and loved it.0
