need new scale

I have an old dial scale and would like to buy a digital one. Any advice on models or features I should look for? My only concern is that I will buy a more accurate scale and gain 5 pounds!

Starting at 312, no spring scales gave the accuracy I wanted. I got an old fashion beam balance off ebay and am very pleased.
