Chicken thighs skinless, with a little bit of salsa poured over it. Salsa is only 10 calories, depending how you cook the chicken and how much of it you eat, it ends up being a low calorie meal and the salsa really adds flavor and a kick to your boring bland foods.

I also love Dannon yogurts and tuna fish. Eating it on wheat bread takes the calories up, so you can just mix it in with a fresh tomato diced and eat it that way, or I get the low fat high fiber wheat tortillas (80 calories) and put tuna in that. Very good.

Also I stand firmly on baby carrots and low fat ranch dressing. You can eat a ton of carrots for under 100 calories and the dressing is only 10 calories for every 2 tbsp.

My secret weapon is fresh baby leaf spinich.
I use it in place of lettuce in salads, on sandwiches, I add it to omelets, use it as an edible garnish under grilled fish....etc.

    Luna bars / Clif bars
    Yogurt, berries, & granola
    Fruit & yogurt smoothies
String cheese (the individual portions make things so easy)
    Low sodium spicy V8
    Dried fruit (prunes are awesome!)
Cereal w/ fruit & skim milk
Pepperidge Farm light style multigrain bread (45 cal. / slice)
POPCORN! It's like 50 calories for a billion cups! Perfect for that late-night urge to snack when I don't have any calories left to spare. If I sprinkle on some cayenne pepper, it really satisfies me and I eat less of it.

I know none of those are very exciting, but they're my go-to foods these days.

    Fat.

Fat helps to burn fat and has my body in accelerated fat burning mode.

Fat is my friend and stalemate to go to.

Tuna in olive oil, my body is like 10% made up of tuna and olive oil.
By the way the best meal in my opinion is brown rice (complex carbs) and 1 can of tuna in olive oil (protein and good fats)
However since I started carb cycling I eat a lot of fats on low carb days like today, and have gotten addicted to peanuts and peanut butter and eat a whole bunch out the jar :P

Pickles, Mustard, Lettuce, Mixed Frozen Veg, Rice Cakes, Butternut Squash, Cucmbers, Baby Carrots, Popcorn, Sugar Free Flavoured Syrup, Fat Free Yogurt. Greek Yogurt, Soy Sauce, Puffed Wheat Cereal, Fat Free Cheese Slices, 100 Cal One-Buns, Skim Milk, Coffee, Sugar-Free Jello/Pudding, 60 Cal Lipton Soup Packets, on and on and on...

I know my list probably seems like an anorexic's diet, but these are more fillers and additions that you would add or snack on instead of bad fat/sugar/bad carbs.
