If any one has tips on breaking through a plateau I would really like to hear them. I started out at 240lbs I 'm now 180lbs,but I have stopped losing. Thank you

    Try changing it up.

Eg new calorie goal, or new exercise routine, etc. Do something different that your body hasn't become accustomed to.

I upped my calories from 1350 to 1500 and that did it for me :)
  • I echo the "change it up" strategy. Also, eat different foods... And depending on your calorie intake and goals, you might actually try eating a few more calories... slow your weight loss target. If you are trying to lose too fast, your body might be going into a defensive mode and slowing your metabolism.
