I would like some new exercise ideas that work. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I've had both my knees replaced. I do water aerobics three times per week, I walk, and I do a little with weights. Any other suggestions that have worked for you?

Maybe yoga? But you'd have to be careful because certain positions would be great, while others would be terrible for your knees. How about hula hooping? Fun and low impact!0

water aerobics is the best for sure! walking and biking would be the next best.....running, stepping/steppers and high impact aerobics you would definately want to avoid!0
