anyone here who has hit a plateau how did you get out of it? Right now I'm afraid I'm plateauing even though I'm losing inches... I also don't ever eat back the calories I burn because I don't completely dont trust my hrm and just in case I underestimated some foods and also I'm just too full to eat it back... maybe it's whats causing my plateauing...thoughts?

READ THESE! Very important information that will be sure to help you. I was confused also, not eating my calories burned seemed like the "right idea". I stopped losing until I did! Good luck!

try to eat half your workout calories ! Also, there are websites on google that go by your height and weight and what you did!
That might help. But I know that I lost most weight when I was eating my exercise calories ( I haven't been able to exercise since being sick) but yeah.0 -
Personally I think if you are losing inches but the scales aren't moving it's because you're gaining lean muscle mass while burning extra body fat. Hence no change in the scale but change in inches.
what's more important, weight loss in general (which could be a combination of fat and muscle) or straight fat loss?0 -

Agreed! You packing on muscle! Thats not bad at all. I been at the same weight for about a week. I wouldn't worry too much about. Give it 2 more weeks. If nothing changes then try lowering your calories or upping your cardio0
