Help needed with Fat in Dairy vs Non Fat

I need some advice regarding dairy, specifically yogurt. I am trying to find a way to add a moderate amount of fat to my diet (I do not like nuts at all BTW) and I love fat free greek yogurt like Chobani or Fage, but found a whole fat yogurt (not greek) that I like better and is as filling.
I would like some advice on which of these yogurts is more nutritionally desirable and also want to know if going for the higher fat choice derail my last few pounds of weight loss. There is twice as much sugar in choice 1, but also twice as much protein than choice 2..advice please!
Thanks in advance.
Choice #1
140 cals
0 fat
65mg sodium
Fiber 1 g
Sugar 19 g
Protein 14 grams
Choice #2
130 calories
6 g Fat
50 mg sodium
Fiber 1 g
Sugar 9 grams
Protein 9 grams

If you're looking for a way to add fat, I'd go with #2... the only place it ISN'T better than #1 is that it has less protein...0

The ideal fats are the omega 3 fats. The polyunsaturated, and monounsaturated fats. If you don't like nuts, you could get them from fish oils, olive oil, avacado, egg yolks, and a few other sources. I'm not sure what type of fats are in the yogurt, but I would assume it would be saturated fats, which should be limited if you can.0

Thanks so much for the insight and suggestions.0
