hi everyone, just been re-introduced to MFL by a good friend, had no idea could use forums like this!! its great support system! i've tried SW and WW in the past and whilst they are good i find it hard to stay motivated and quickly fall apart :-/

am trying to do it on my own (again!!) have found forums like this helpful in the past so glad i can use it on here! am gonna try and exercise more, am really into Zumba at the mo!

looking for peeps to help motivate and encourage and hopefully i can do the same for you

    With the Zumba you should have no problems reaching your goals! I do it in Curves and have found it AMAZING!!! Good luck!
