I was working on the 30 day shred and doing well with it. Yesterday I severely sprained my ankle and now I'm down and bummed about it. Can't walk on it at all. Feel bad for my wife cuz I can barely care for myself. -_-

  • Make sure you are taking Vitamin C daily, at least 2000mg a day, get it buffered if you can also. I had a sprained ankle and within 3 days I could walk with little pain and in 7 I was able to resume exercise. I also took Super Cissus and that seemed to help as well.
