I hope this might help some of the busy people like me.
I work full time and have been using a lot of processed meats. My husband made a suggestion that we tried last week and are doing it again this week. I bought fresh chicken tenderloin and seasoned it with a little seasoning. Then threw it in the fridge and freezer to warm up in salads or in wraps. It has dropped a bunch of the sodium out of our diets and tasted great. Also was cheaper then the processed chicken.
