Hey does anyone know how to correctly measure yourself? I am not having any success with the weight loss part and am wondering if maybe my measurements are getting smaller. I do feel that some clothes fit better yet no real weight change. Thanks! :-)

not sure about the answer to your question but this is my case
I have lost 15# but no inches and my clothes do fit better
I've heard that muscle is heavier than fat and I am hoping that is the case with me.
Good Luck!0
