Hi everyone.
My name is Tracey. I'm 26, mom of 3, graduating college next week, and getting married in May! I started going back to the gym a month ago. I haven't been in about 4 yrs and have had 2 kids since then. When I got pregnant with my son I was 155lbs. I only gained 10lbs while pregnant and lost that 10lbs plus an extra 3lbs within a month of his birth, which was almost 18 months ago. So I stayed 152lbs until his first birthday(October) then I suddenly gained 10lbs. Anyway, I started going to the gym again a month ago and lost nothing. So now I've started counting calories and decided no more eating after 7pm(along with continuing at the gym 3-4 days a week). This is day two. I really hope this works for me.
