 OH YEAH! I make a similar salad thats not quite as healthy and it always gets raves. The left overs are even better. ( Mine has bacon and dried cherries instead of grapes, reg mayo etc) I'm certainly willing to try the healthy version, just won't tell folks (Jamerz:tongue: ) that it has 'healthy' mayo!!!

    Yum, yum, yummy!!!

I made this for a "grill out" day yesterday. It's SOOOO good! It's like a broccoli waldorf salad! I highly recommend it for anybody doing some summer outside eating!

This is good too with added pasta (like the small rice-shaped pasta).

Looks good. It's like a mix of two different salads my family makes - one with only broccoli, mayo, and shredded crab, and another with shredded carrot, mayo, and raisins. Although the ingredients may sound odd together, it works well, doesn't it? (My family also does a shredded cabbage, mayo, and chopped apple salad  )

I'm going to make it tomorrow!
Is there any way to cut out the sugar, is it a must for taste?

I make a salad similar to this. I use broccoli, white raisens, light mayo, red onions, spenda, sunflower seeds, and white vinegar. One of my favorite things to eat. It is so good!!!
