Calorie burn for ExerciseTV's 10-minute abs videos?

Exercise TV has several 10-minute abs, or 10-minute abs and thighs, videos available for free OnDemand through my local cable company. If you do these videos, how do you count the calories burned? I always break a sweat, and really feel the burn when i do these. Do I count them as high-impact aerobics? Aerobics general? Since these are yoga and pilates-based routines (the pace is upped), do I count them as moderate stretching or yoga?

I would do moderate aerobics for anything that gets your heart rate up to cardio.

The right way to do it would be to get a heart rate monitor and search the forums or google on how to accurately calculate the amount of calories burned. Either way, 10-minute this or that isn't going to burn much of anything, so I'd almost recommend against just using a general aerobic burn. I'd hate to see you sabotage yourself by taking in extra calories because you thought you burned more.....
