New to the site and loving it!

Hi, I am new to this site and loving every minute of it. I have started my weight loss journey about a month ago and am having a great time with it so far. My ultimate goal is to get crazy about health and fitness. Not to the point where I will be trying to push it upon people. A friend of mine, who is on here (Amanda), introduced me to this site and i am trying very hard to religiously input all of my food in. There are a few times that I have missed but we have to start somewhere I guess. Well I look forward to sharing my journey with all of you and am excited to hear any advice or tips anyone may have about food or fitness.

    Welcome to MFP. Glad to see you already have some support. Don't be afraid to add more people including myself as friends. More motivation never hurt anyone. :)

    This site really helps... but you have to make sure to add your your food, and exercise.
