In new and dont understand!

Hi guys i'm trying to put on my food plan a carrot! all i generally is half of a med carrot grated but its coming up as 52 calories?! aye?! it doesnt have many options for sizes!? help?! lol thanks:happy:

    You can change the serving size.

  • Yeah I changed the size option but they seem to end up being the same result! lol
    The options are based on 1 cup of carrof but served different ways lol
    Oh gosh what do I do?

    If you search for "carrots raw" you should find some suitable options.

    The one I use is Carrots - Raw Whole Carrots, 7 " long carrot sliced
