Yes, they finally accepted our offer. Here are some pictures. Yeah, we had to have the dogs over to make sure they approved before we offered! LOL.

the first thing I'm removing is that nasty Linoleum in the Kitchen. WHAT were they thinking?

    Backyard looks huge and it's really got some nice landscaping. Love the trees in the back.
    Nice fireplace and hardwood floor. Can't go wrong with that!
