Hi I would appreciate some feedback on my current exercise routine, my aim is to lose weight, get fit and tone up.
This is my current schedule:
Monday - Body Attack - High energy aerobics and/or 20 20 20 - step class with some strength and toning
Tuesday - Bootcamp circuit training, C25k (week 3), Aquarobics
Wednesday - rest day or cross trainer - 40 minutes and bike 20 minutes depending how I feel
Thursday - Bootcamp circuit training, Body attack, Body pump - weights class
Friday - C25k
Saturday - 20 20 20
Sunday - C25k, Body attack & Body pump
I am comfortable I am doing enough cardio but do I have enough strength work in there?? I take rest days when I feel I need them, generally that would be on a Wednesday and/or a Sunday but that very much depends whether or not I feel tired.
