Hit a plateau! Help!

Hello all:
I've lost a total of 18 lbs so far and now I have hit a plateau even with my continued efforts. I've even gained 1/2 pound in the last week. Anyone have any suggestions/tips for me? Thanks! I still have 30 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight of 138 which is not an unrealistic goal/weight for my height and age. It's right in the middle of my healthy weight range.
Any help, tips, suggestions, motivation will be GREATLY appreciated!

take measurements or pay attention to how your clothes fit...I am on my second plateau and both times when I am on the plateau I am loosing inches
DO NOT give up...the scale will move again...keep eating healthy and exercising!!!!
Also...if you lost 18 pounds, you might need to adjust your caloric intake (if you have not done that yet)!0
