hi, what happens if you dont use all your calories in a day. I am suppose to have 1200 per day but due to the amount of exercise i will be doing each day it adds more calories to my daily intake. I have at least 600 left over. Any suggestions? Or is it okay not not eat those remaining calories? thanks!

The best solution is just to experiment and figure out what works for you. However, based upon your pic (from what I can tell) it doesn’t look like you carry too much excess body fat, so I would recommend eating them. You will need that extra energy if your workouts are truly burning 600 calories.
  • haha well thank you, its in the lower half of my body lol.. hips, etc, Im eating all day long, so its hard for me to fit in the extra calories..and youre right.. the tracker could be off, maybe im not actually buring those 600 calories....could very possibly be less..thanks for your advice!

I exercise a lot, so I have typically been ending up with more calories than I care to eat back. I usually eat some of them back, but nowhere near all of them!

P.S. Is that your PUG!? (I have three pugs)
  • haha yes its a pug..i love them! You have 3? that's awesome, I want another one, but Im too busy to have more than one dog right now, but eventually I want to get another one :) I figure throughout the week I will probably end up using more..not sure how that will work out with the calories left over.
