    Hi, and welcome!
    The only thing you really need is this site! Between the easy food counter, which by the way is a real eye opener, and all the wonderfully supportive people here, you WILL lose the weight that you want to. AND, it'll even be fun!
    I suggest you log all your foods BEFORE you have them, rather than later, as it tends to lead to better food choices. Drink lots and lots of water, and get some exercise! That'll do it!

    The others have already said the good stuff to say. :tongue: This website is GREAT!! Just be honest with yourself because gaining the weight didnt happen overnight...neither will losing it. We will be here for you when you need us.
