UGH! Off the bandwagon! So close, yet so far!

Ok... so I put on a bunch of weight. I did. Now, I'm taking it off. I have... well... 30lbs of the 45lbs I WANT to lose anyway. My journey started long before MFP... since joining MFP, I've only lost about 8lbs. I'm hovering at the same weight.
And now? Totally lost my motivation to work out. It's not like its DOING anything, anyway. I wake up in the morning, fully intending to work out the night before when I set my alarm.... suddenly.... SNOOZE... SNOOZE... SNOOZE... there goes that time... must shower for work now.
And then I think... well... I'll just stay at around 1200cal today. It'll be ok. Then later on in the evening its.... well.... a little popcorn won't hurt. Mmmm... butter.... then it's over my calories. Then I think, "one day won't hurt, I'll work out tomorrow morning" & set my alarm early so I can get up to work out. Then the whole vicious cycle starts over again.
Any ideas?
