Put down the doughnuts!!!!

I am a dietitian for my work. But, my problem is there is a dunkin doughnuts on the way to work!!! So, it wasn't a problem while nursing my second child.....but since I weaned him 3 months ago...the doughnuts and other things are piling the weight on!! I need to get serious with food choices, PORTION SIZES, and exercise. Anyone have great short exercises, let me know..I have 2 kids and work full time, so I have very little extra time, but I am motivated now!!! Who's with me!!!????
