Just discovered myfitnesspal yesterday, downloaded the app for my I-phone and LOVE it! I am 24, 5'9", 163 lbs and want to by 135 by the 4th of July (which will be the smallest I have been since I was 15!!) with a halfway goal of being 150 by May 21st.
Although I was an active athlete in high school, for the majority of my adult life I have not watched what I've ate in the slightest and have rarely worked out. My weight has hovered between 155 and 165 and although this is the high end of the "healthy" weight range spectrum for my height, I want to be the BEST me I can be and look fabulous-not "thick"!!
Another huge motivation for me is a possible job opportunity in southern California. In cloudy Oregon it is easy to hide some extra weight nine months out of the year, but the idea of wearing summer clothes year around with a bunch of skinnies has had me hitting the gym and watching the caloric intake FAST!!
If your goals are similar to mine (or even if they aren't!) I could really use some extra motivation!! I would love to have more help in keeping myself accountable and in return would of course love to help others! It would be nice to exchange tips, goals etc..get in touch with me if your interested
Thanks everyone!

Welcome! The best thing to do is track what you eat, do resistance training (weights), and cardio! Stick to a routine, it's worth it!0
