Hiya, I was wondering if anyone knew a website where I can find the nutritional information for Frankie and Benny's restaurant? On their website it only gives you the menu and google doesn't seem to have the answers. I'm going there tomorrow for a friends 18th birthday and it would be much appreciated if someone could give me some nutritional information?

If I don't get the information I'll just have a salad without dressing and maybe a jacket potato but yeah..

Thanks in advance!

Just go with an alternative selection like if your having a 10" cheese and tomato pizza go for the generic choices in the database, Im going there on 22nd and that is how I would do it, althoiugh im having that day off the counting as I want to enjoy myself and not worry about if I am over ;p

I've never found the nutritional information for F&B's anywhere, I did see on Google though that a 10'' BBQ chicken pizza is like 1400 calories for the entire thing though. I've found a list of all their dishes with Slimming World's syns listed before though, which gives you an idea of the 'better' dishes, I guess. You could look for that.
