OK, so I haven't been really hungry today, and have had a couple days like that. (not in a row) Is it really OK to supliment say 2 meals with some kind of a nutrition bar? It saves a lot of calories, but is it healthy to do that? Specially when the nutrition bars are only 150 or less in calories? And I ran for an hour this morning.

I honestly don't understand the question. But I'll do my best. I don't think it's a problem to eat a nutrition bar as a meal substitute from time to time as long as that doesn't leave you too hungry later.
That being said it is important to eat all your calories every day.0
