Suggestions for excersizing with an injury

Last week I pulled my hip abductor while running. I attempted to run yesterday, but had to stop due to some serious pain. Any suggestions for what I can do while I am healing? It appears that anything involving low body is out

Some gyms have hand bikes? Also, I have the 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels, there is a cardio move where you stand with your legs slightly wider than your shoulders, bend your knees, then punch with one hand then the other. Alternating fast punches. I don't know if you can do that or not, but maybe try and find exercises by her. She often adds modifications to her exercises or suggests things for people with injuries.0
