    I took hydroxycut before they took out an ingrediant that I guess gave a few people heart attacks or something like that. And all it really did was make me have a rush of energy. But I could get that same effect from drinking coffee or something like vault.

    It's just another one of those things that is suppose to give you a boost of energy and in the long run it never works out.

    I did lose the weight when I was taking it, but here I am back, with all the weight put back on plus a whole lot more. The best thing is just re-evalute your diet and fitness plan, I am sure you will find something that you can change or adjust to help.

    You look great and you should try to stay away from Hydroxycut. We have seen patients with acute kidney failure from taking this diet pill.
