Hey everyone,
I've never seen any of the Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shed DVD's, I was wondering if a person in a wheelchair could do them. I'm paralyzed from the waist down. I keep doing the same thing everyday and it gets really boring. Please let me know if you think I could do this. Thanks!
Kim

You could do the weights portion but there's a lot of floor work in the DVD, so I'm not sure it would be your best option. Have you tried working with weights or kettlebells?

I haven't tried that but you might like Just Dance 2 for the Wii...it is a great upper body workout. Just a thought!

yeah as @SunLovin1 said you could modify some of the weights portion and do them, but most of it is on the floor. I don't know what you usually do, but i love kettlebell workouts and bicep curls are great too!

I think you would be happier trying something like this than 30 DS. There is a great deal of floor and leg work with 30 DS. I love JUST DANCE 2. I do it 3-4 times a week.
