Starting out

Starting to watch what I eat today and also starting (again) P90X. I tried starting up P90X a few times but after the first week, something always happened to make me have to put it off. Im not looking to lose a lot of weight, because I really dont need to, I am just looking to being more active, healthier, and look a bit less round in the belly! I was in the Army for almost 8 years, been out for about 2 and have definatly seen my body image and overall energy dropping. My biggest thing I think is that I tend to overeat and snack right before I go to bed, since I work evening shift and do not usually get home until close to midnight. I hope this works out well for me and for everyone else out there trying to better themselves!
