    I made this last night and it was GREAT!! I even added some grated zuccini to the meat and sauce mixture for added veggies. DELISH!!

    I'm so glad that everyone is enjoying it. And it's so cool to see the variations that everyone else is coming up with to try.

    I LOVE to take recipes that everyone loves and make a healthy version. I've begun doing that for "sweets" and comfort foods and now have a bunch of my friends from Zumba requesting that I make things for them using my "skills" lol.

    I wish everyone the best of luck on their journeys - whether it's to get fit or to stay fit.

    I made a similar spaghetti pie from the Hungry Girl cook book - less than 200 calories a serving, and I couldn't even finish the whole piece!! It used Shirataki spaghetti noodles and veggie ground round. It was good! Probably not as tasty as this recipe, but a good alternative if you want to cut the calories even further :)
