So I have been doing MFP for about a month and have lost 7 lbs, and things have been going pretty well for me, food and exercise wise. Then this weekend I my eating was pretty crappy (I usually do struggle with food and/ or drinking on the weekends) and I didn't exercise (which I usually do at least one day of the weekend). Now it is Monday and I need to put the weekend behind me and get back on track, but I am really lacking the motivation. All I feel like doing is curling up on the couch and bumming around all day, preferably with a big bowl of mac and cheese and some cookies. I don't know if it is PMS or the nasty gray ugly gloomy weather or job hunting stress, but I am definitely in a funk and could use a swift kick in the butt to get me up and moving.

Get your *kitten* up and get moving. Seriously.

Will you regret sitting around with crappy food? Will you regret getting up and working out?

We all have those weekend...don't let it get you down! More importantly don't let one bad weekend let you fall of the wagon!!
Sit for a bit and then get up and get moving, you'll be so glad you did!!

It happens to me too! In fact, last weekend was a bad one for me. Get up and start exercising!! Even when i really really really really don't want to, i have to make myself, or the funk will pull me down. Its okay that you had a bad weekend, just don't give up :)

Thanks gals. I did some Zumba and I feel a little better. I never had any intention of not getting going, I just wish I had a fool proof way to alway get myself back to wanting to do it.
