New to the site and my goals

Hello everyone. I am new to this site but have been using other journal sites for some time. My weight loss goal was reached last year. Since then I have been maintaining and developing more muscle mass. My current short term goals is to get more defined abs for the summer, develop a 10 inch chest to waist ratio and help my fiancée in her weight loss. Mine chest to waist ratio is currently at 8.5 inches. My long term goal is to be able to do a planche. If anyone has any advice for this or wants to pick my brain as to what I did feel free to add me as a friend.
