Yummy snack salad

Had a long 60 minute workout and I was hungry. Almost went for chips or some other quick carb. Instead I ate this.

1/2 cup canellini beans
1 persian cucumber
1/4 cup carrots
1 ounce FF feta
1 tbsp ranch dressing (the full fat version as I use it to count my oil intake)

It was filling, crunchy, creamy and satisfying.
