Hi all-

I'm new. 28 yo female. I've been working out 5-6 days a week for the past 4 weeks, have worked up to running 1.5 miles, cut out processed foods and sugar from my diet but have only lost 1lb.

I feel like I'm doing something wrong. I saw this website and thought maybe it could help me.

Reading all your stories is very inspiring!
