Hey everybody,
I'm Kayla. New to My Fitness Pal. A friend at work told me about it, so I thought I would give it a try. I need assistance PLEASE!! Hopefully logging my calorie intake every day will help me be more aware of what I take in, and logging my exercise will get me more motivated. I am a first time mom, my little girl is 3 months. I am 24 pds down from the day I had her, but I have ALOT more work to do. Any new mom's out there with suggestions? Add me and help.... PLEASE!! :smile:
