but not to this weight loss journey. I started my personal weight loss adventure in March 2008. I weighed 244lbs at the time, that is a lot of weight on my 5'3" frame! I am now hovering around 150lbs. I did take a break from weight loss when I got pregnant with my now 2 year old son but have been pretty much working on losing weight since 2008.
I am getting close to my goal but as I move closer the scale doesn't seem to want to move. A friend recommended Myfitnesspal to me so here I am. My ultimate goal is to be in the 125-130 weight range. I love working out but eating is my downfall. I am hoping that with the help of MFP I can make it to my goal.

That is a GREAT Goal ... and I love MFP ..... I started at 225, and have lost 35lbs to date ..... Stay focused, and remember it took more than a day or two to gain the weight, it will take more than a day or two to lose the weight !!!!!!! Best of Luck to you !!!!!0
