Is it possibl to weigh less at night then you do during the day? I feel as though when i weigh myself at night i am lighter because i worked out hard and sweat a lot during the workout. Is this possible or am i crazy? i am assuming i weigh the most at night before i go to sleep? that sound correct?

It was most likely water loss from the workout (it can happen) or maybe there was some excess retention from the previous day. I've dropped weight between morning and evening before.
Scale weight can fluctuate up to 5lbs over OR UNDER true weight.
I actually dipped below my true weight last week due to 2 low calories days and being constantly active for those 2 days. Wednesday showed 120.4 and Thursday I was back up to 122.2 (at least before the 120.4 I was 122.8 so there was a small drop). It is still holding steady at 122.20 -
I've seen that be the case with me sometimes also but don't count it. I always weigh myself in the a.m., prior to bathroom use and in my birthday suit.0
