    5'7"
    SW: 174lbs
GW: 135-140lbs ~ or where I feel the best. I'm more looking to be fit vs weight. Id rather look toned & weight 145lbs or whatever, vs 135 and be 'Skinny Fat' If that makes any sense! LOL

Agree! I always thought I wanted to reach a skinny weight, now I will be happy at a higher weight but a fit and strong body!

I agree with you ladies about the "skinny fat." I messed up and got skinny fat myself before I knew what it was and it's not pretty! LOL With clothes on, it's fine, but I'm still a little squishy underneath them. Ha! I've decided I'll know I'm doing things right (fit, not just thin) when I can do a handstand without my tummy falling towards my face. I see a huge difference when I work out, things start firming up and I can see stomach muscles but then if I slack off on the working out but keep watching the food, everything changes - weight and pants size and all of that stays the same but things get all soft. You really have to do both - watching your foods and exercising. Diet alone doesn't make for a buff bod.

Had my 2 kids in the last 4 years, before that I was a little over my goal weight but now I have a lot to work out for.
Going to the gym for cardio and weights 3-4 times a week and stay within my 1200 cal a day, also watch what I eat
could anyone have a look at my schedule to see if I am on the right track, I am new here and think I only lost very little
however I do feel more toned.( I still breastfeed my 22mths old daughter but mainly evenings and night time).

Might seem a high goal weight, but I'm being realistic about what I think I can maintain, plus I know that's the weight I was last time I managed to get into a size 14 (6-7 years ago)

I am extremely heavy with boobs, So I am scared to lose too much (back issues are definitely a real concern with losing weight). Any one else have that fear?
