I have been losing pretty good and I got on the scale yesterday and didn't lose anything last week.:mad: I upped my exercise a good bit and ate back all my calories and only went over in sodium once on Friday. I ate some sweets but counted it and everything else that went in my mouth. I'm so tired of looking like this. I just want to feel confident. I guess I will just do the same thing this week but with less sweets and more water. Thanks for listening.:ohwell:

I totally understand! It can be so discouraging when you don't see the results you want or your body doesn't make the changes right away. I keep having to remind myself that I have to be patient, but if I'm doing the right things (and it sounds like you are) then I will see results.
Just stay patient and remember that every week is different, and sometimes it just takes a little longer. One week might be nothing, the next might be great.0
